Satay celup or steamboat satay is Melaka signature Chinese food, it’s a kind of satay stick laden with meat, seafood and vegetables which you can cook in scorching satay peanut sauce.
Capital Satay Celup is the founder of this specialty food and there are several “clones” in the Melaka city. Long queue is a norm in weekends and holidays. The price per standard stick is RM 0.80 as at February 2011.
